My favorite memory of camp was when we went to white sands. Even though it was really hot, it was super fun. I liked hanging out with my friends and sliding down the hills. We sled down the hills about 3 times but then got tired and hot so we put our feet in holes we dug in the ground (the sand was cooler), lay down, and covered our faces with the sleds. It was a nice time to relax and have fun after a crazy fun week.

Today we went to two workshops. I went to HTML, and soil science. At HTML we made websites from scratch. We got to basically program our own website exactly how we wanted to. It was pretty confusing at first but when i got it it became very interesting and fun. After that we went to soil science. At soil science we learned about soil and its importance. We learned that soil can work as a filter and that dirt and soil are not the same thing. After we learned a bit about soil we got to make our own saturated paste. Which was basically soil and water mixed to make a substance sort of like chocolate frosting. It was very interesting and we got very dirty.
My core class for today was mathematics. I don't enjoy math that much in school but I do like learning, and i learn a lot in math.
